Because of extensive testing and the clean bill of health issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM), the building was able to be put up for sale without further environmental regulatory compliance required. Additionally, EnviroForensics was able to leverage historical insurance policies, ensuring that the owner did not have to pay anything out of pocket for the environmental investigation.
