Greg Zumbaugh is a senior project engineer with over 18 years of environmental consulting and corporate/industrial experience.  He has extensive experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Phase II Site Investigations, remediation design/implementation, and environmental regulatory compliance, including Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation Liability Act (CERCLA), and Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA) issues.  Mr. Zumbaugh has been responsible for the overall management and administration of environmental projects ranging from $1,000 to over $1,000,000.   These projects include due diligence services, subsurface investigation/remediation, underground storage tank (UST) removal, regulatory report preparation (Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Risk Management Plans (RMP), SARA Title III Form R and Tier II reports, RCRA hazardous waste reports, and air permit applications and annual reports), and facility Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) audits.
