Mr. Hill has over 9 years of experience with environmental consulting for investigation and remediation projects regulated by state programs, primarily involving chlorinated solvent and petroleum impacts. Professionally, Mr. Hill’s experience includes research, proposal scoping and budgeting, project management, geologic and hydrogeologic data collection, data analysis and interpretation, and preparation of work plans and reports. Mr. Hill has also served to implement Phase I environmental site assessments. Mr. Hill’s field experience includes management and oversight of various sampling methods for all types of environmental media including hollow stem auger drilling with split-spoon soil sampling, roto-sonic drilling with soil and bedrock sampling, direct-push drilling with macro-core soil sampling, as well as discrete single and multi-zone groundwater sampling and monitoring well installation methodologies. Mr. Hill has also served to assess vapor intrusion exposure conditions through soil and sub-slab vapor, indoor air sampling, and mitigation. Furthermore, Mr. Hill has experience with UST tightness and integrity testing in California and Florida.
