While doing various managerial activities, Konrad has maintained a practice of engagement in projects for over half his billable time with expert services for the remainder. He has done a Phase I as recently as early in 2008 and worked at other levels on projects ranging from large developments to gas stations. His active expert work ranges from work in New York City to agricultural chemicals in groundwater in the Central Valley of California, with stops in the Midwest. His particular expertise, which meld into fate and transport, is in hydrogeology and geochemistry. Much of his recent work is involved with vapor intrusion. He holds a BS from Beloit College, an MS and PhD from Northwestern University and is a Certified Professional Geologist.
